What was the assignment?

AKING, s. r. o. is a company operating in the construction industry, where reliability determines the success of projects. When the company moved to new premises, it did not do what most companies do: it did not move old problems to a new address. They gave us a free hand, and we built the entire IT environment from the ground up.

Where was the problem?

Employees worked on different devices without central management, emails looked different for every colleague and access to company data was tied to the office. Every IT problem was handled on the go, without a partner, without a system, without certainty.

Implementation process

Security that never sleeps

Secure operations require more than just antivirus. That is why we built a modern network infrastructure with Wi-Fi 6 and VLAN segmentation, which separates company communication from the guest network. Check Point Firewall continuously monitors and protects the network against threats, filters harmful content and secures remote access through VPN.

Every device is protected by an ESET solution, company data is automatically backed up to Synology and the entire infrastructure is supported by UPS backup power for maximum service availability.

Unified identity and collaboration without borders

We built communication and team collaboration on the Microsoft 365 platform. Exchange Online ensures reliable company email communication, phishing protection helps minimize security risks and centrally managed signatures through CodeTwo guarantee consistent company presentation externally.

Employees have secure access to documents, video conferences and team collaboration from anywhere. The solution also includes the OptimiDoc system, which enables secure printing and document release using RFID cards, fully integrated with Active Directory and user account management.

Infrastructure and control you can rely on

We built the entire server infrastructure on Dell, Windows Server and Hyper-V virtualization technologies. In one centralized environment, we connected user management, domain services and company storage, creating a reliable foundation for daily operations and future growth.

The delivered endpoint devices were ready for immediate deployment, with a unified configuration and full integration into the company environment from the first login.

One contact point for all IT

Technology is only part of the solution. It is just as important to know who to contact when a request or problem arises. That is why the client has K_CORP Helpdesk available as a single contact point for support, user management, device management and IT services.
