K_CORP
was founded in 2002, and its main idea was, and still is, to provide COMPREHENSIVE IT SERVICES. At the beginning, this was a very ambitious goal, which we gradually managed to achieve. Our vision was for the customer to have just one “phone number” to call and have all requirements related not only to the operation of information technologies, but also to their development, resolved.
Luck is certainly part of business, and we had it. At the time when we started our business, there was a relatively large inflow of foreign investment, which we managed to bring into our portfolio. Thanks to positive experience with our services, more and more customers followed. Today, we provide various types of services to more than 100 customers operating throughout Slovakia. Our headquarters are located in Spišská Nová Ves, where we have large modern premises and top-quality conference equipment. In addition, we also operate a smaller branch in Poprad, which serves for handling customer requirements in a pleasant and professional environment.
We are proud to employ approximately 50 highly skilled IT professionals working across different levels and projects. Our branches and their equipment allow us to provide comprehensive services and support in line with our vision of always being within reach for our clients.
Forms of Cooperation
Purchase
By purchasing goods, you buy them and they automatically become exclusively your property. Responsibility for care, maintenance and service passes to you, along with all rights and obligations connected with the purchase. At the same time, you can handle the goods according to your own needs, even resell them immediately. Simply put, they are yours forever, for better or worse.
Rental
If you cannot decide, you can simply rent the product or service. With rental, however, the goods do not become your property. The advantage lies in using them only for a pre-planned and agreed period of time, for which you pay an exactly agreed amount in regular payments. This helps optimize your costs in the operational part (OPEX). At the same time, responsibility for the goods remains with the provider. After the agreed rental period ends, the goods can be returned, purchased or rented again. You can also add a service to the rental, such as accelerated service, or additional equipment. The decision is up to you.
Outsourcing
If your goal is a comprehensive service, not the product itself, outsourcing is the right choice for you. Its greatest advantage is flexibility and peace of mind. You do not need a computer and software, but a working tool. You do not need a printer, but a printed document. You do not have to deal with where to get toner or paper. You also do not have to solve what to do with a broken device. Thanks to clearly agreed rules in the service contract, everything is defined in advance. Through our customer support number, we are available to you and guarantee fast handling of your requests. Outsourcing works on the basis of predefined SLA contracts, which bring you clear and simple operation, transparent planning with regard to future needs and, at the same time, cost optimization through OPEX.
